(1) If the Development Commissioner appointed in accordance with Sub-section 17.1 of Section 17 of the Act does not fulfill his duties in accordance with his position or if he lacks working capacity, the Ministry may form an investigation committee to investigate the matter.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if the investigation committee suggests to remove him from the position of Development Commissioner, the Government of Nepal shall remove him from the position of Development Commissioner on the recommendation of the Ministry.
